Postage
Postage is free to Canadian addresses for up to 3 books. Postage to the US is $5 (US) for up to three books, $10 (US) for four books or more. Postage to addresses outside North America will be $5 (US) for a single book, or will be calculated individually for orders of more than one book. These rates are for regular Canada Post parcel rate. If you wish your order shipped by another method, or would like it to be insured, let us know and we will calculate the shipping cost separately.

Format
HC - Hard (cloth or other stiff) covers
CB - Chapbook of verse: saddle-stitched or stapled, without a spine.
P - Pamphlet of prose: saddle-stitched or stapled, without a spine.
DJ - Has a wrap-around paper dust jacket.
MMPB - Mass Market Paperback: the smaller standard-size paperback, about 7" x 4¼"
TPB - Trade Paperback: the larger format paperback, about 8½" x 5½"
Condition
G - Good: obviously used and showing wear, imperfections, or small tears to jacket, but otherwise sound with good binding and clean, undamaged pages.
VG - Very Good: A nice copy showing gentle use or a discreet remainder mark.
F - Fine: Excellent condition, almost new.
SIGNED - Bears the author's signature.
INSCRIBED - Bears the author's signature, with an additional message in the author's hand.
Library markings and any other imperfections are individually noted.
